PASSOP offers free paralegal advice both at the community help desks and at our headquarters office in Wynberg. We can assist with labour disputes and complaints including: unjust dismissals, mistreatment, discrimination, withholding of wage payment, etc. We work closely with other organisations, including the Legal Resource Centre, UCT Law Clinic and CCMA and make referrals if these are warranted.
